Fairness Scheme

At NHS Leeds we are proud of the diversity that exists within the city. We recognise the wealth of diversity within our communities is a great strength, making the city richer and the lives of the people more varied and it is for this reason we have produced our first 'Fairness Scheme'.

Our Fairness Scheme is important for us and the city of Leeds as it sets out how we will make sure that all our programmes, services and actions have a positive impact upon equality and diversity.

This way we will ensure our vision as an organisation is achieved and our commitment to become a 'World Class Commissioner' is realised.
