Workforce information
We are keen to make sure that our workforce truly represents the people that we serve so that we can be as responsive as possible. To do this we regularly monitor our workforce data to help us identify where we need to focus efforts in attracting people to work for us.
In this section you will find our Annual Employment Monitoring Report covering the period 1 April 2009- 31 March 2010 as well as the report from the previous year. This report outlines how we are working to meet our obligations under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000.It also reports on our performance in relation to gender, disability, age, religion/belief and sexuality.
