What is Medicines Management?

Medicines management is the term used to describe the system of processes and behaviours which determines how medicines are used by patients and the NHS. Effective medicines management involves a range of professions and disciplines and has the patient as the primary focus, thus delivering better targeted care.

PharmFax

PharmFax is the newsletter of the NHS Leeds medicines management team, which has been produced for many years.  It contains advice on a range of medicines-management topics, including new drugs, NICE guidance, initiatives in medicines management and community pharmacy in Leeds, reviews of key clinical papers and learning from patient safety incidents.
