The organisation is no longer responsible for the direct provision of community-based services. Within Leeds this is carried out by Leeds Community Healthcare.
As part of the national NHS reforms, during 2012/13 we will be transferring our responsibilities over to a number of new organisations, including the three CCGs in Leeds, Leeds City Council (Public Health), a West Yorkshire Commissioning Support Service, and the Local Area Team of the NHS Commissioning Board Authority.
