Getting involved in research

Public and patient involvement in research

There are many ways that members of the public can get involved in research. You can work alongside researchers and healthcare professionals to decide:

  • what will be researched;
  • how that research will be done; and
  • how research results are communicated to the general public.

By getting involved you can make your views and experiences count, help to develop better health care and learn new skills.

Click here to download a copy of 'Do you want a say in clinical research' information leaflet.

If you want to register your interest please complete this form.
