Your Account

If you use My NHS Leeds, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please change your password and let us know. If you are unable to change your password, please contact us as soon as you can.

NHS Leeds reserves the right to terminate accounts and remove or edit content at our discretion in order to improve this service. If we make any changes, you will be notified by email.
