Support all NHS Staff with free, confidential & impartial advice on their Parental, Maternal & Carers rights and responsibilities, helping to promote a healthy work life balance

How we can help:

• We provide support & advice to staff carers
• Give advice on NHS Trust Policies e.g. Flexible Working, Carers Leave etc.
• We run monthly Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Workshops to talk you through your rights & offer advice when you need it
• FREE Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes for staff on Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave
• Advice on benefits available, for example Carers Allowance, Tax Credits & Maternity Grants
• NHS Staff Nurseries at LGI & St James Hospital sites
• We can also complete detailed childcare searches on your behalf. Checking availability & costs of childcare providers including, Childminders, Nurseries, Out of School Clubs & School Holiday Playschemes
• Advice on how to make savings when paying for childcare
