Change4Life Be Healthy! Challenge

Change4Life Be Healthy! Challenge

Child Led Change4Life Fun Day

Find out more by reading the Change4Life Be Healthy! Challenge leaflet - click here to download it.

The children run a Change4Life fun trail with 6 to 10 stalls and families attending the fun day are encouraged to take part in the trail and receive a prize. Families are given a Trail Card and for each activity they take part in they get a stamp/sticker on their card. Once they have taken part in 4 activities/games and have 4 stamps they receive a prize.

We train your staff (teachers/NTA/support staff) to work with the children on delivering the activities and messages,

Be Healthy! Challenge

On receiving their prize, families are encouraged to take part in the Be Healthy! Challenge. Challenges relate to the Change4Life messages. Be Healthy! Challenge progress diaries are given out to the family (or individual) and filled in with the chosen challenge details.

The school can then follow up six weeks later - and those who have who have achieved their challenge and returned their progress diaries are either sent a certificate and/or put into a prize draw as schools prefer.
