Leeds West Clinical Commissioning Group, formally known as H3Plus, is one of three new NHS organisations in Leeds that from April 2013 will be responsible for making sure health services meet the needs of local people.

In the coming months and years we will be asking local people and the voluntary sector to help us shape local services and make sure that health services meet the needs of our communities.

We are in the process of developing our plans and priorities, including our vision and a set of values and aims and we want to make sure that these meet the needs and expectations of the communities we serve.

We would like to invite you to an event to introduce our organisation and what we’re about, get your views our vision, values and aims and talk about how we can work closer together in the future.
